Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience; HRBP or HR Generalist preferred.
• Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and HR advisory.
• Good understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Fair, objective, and professional when handling employee concerns.
• Positive, approachable, and able to build trust across different levels.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and business leaders on employee and people-related matters.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, HR policies, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution.
• Support performance management, coaching, and employee development initiatives.
• Identify workforce needs and recommend appropriate HR solutions.
• Drive employee engagement and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Support talent management, succession planning, and leadership development activities.
• Ensure HR practices are consistently applied, fair, and aligned with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
• Monitor HR metrics and employee trends to provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Lead or support HR projects and initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
