Scent and Beauté is hiring an HR Operations professional in the Philippines to oversee payroll processing, timekeeping, and leave tracking with meticulous accuracy. You will manage government contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth) and benefits programs, while answering employee inquiries on payroll and compliance.

The role requires handling agency portals, assisting onboarding, and maintaining complete employee records, ensuring regulatory alignment and smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on HR operations experience, focusing on compensation & benefits and government compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and timekeeping data accurately.
• Manage government-mandated benefits computation, deductions, and remittances (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth).
• Oversee company benefit programs (e.g., HMO enrollment/deletions, leave tracking).
• Resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and government contribution discrepancies.
• Act as liaison with SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and BIR.
• Process registrations, loans, and benefit claims across agency portals.
• Lead annual Business Permit Renewal with LGUs and offices.
• Maintain 201 employee files and organizational databases.
