Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll, ensure accuracy, and handle tax compliance for staff.

You will process salaries, validate timesheets, coordinate with Finance, administer benefits, and maintain HRIS data.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years payroll experience, knowledge of SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in payroll processing and tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and BIR regulations.
• Experience handling government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Proficient in payroll systems and MS Excel
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll (regular, probationary, project-based, etc.)
• Validate timesheets, overtime, allowances, deductions, and adjustments
• Ensure accurate computation of salaries, incentives, and final pay
• Coordinate payroll funding and salary disbursement with Finance
• Maintain payroll records and documentation
• Respond to employee inquiries about payroll, taxes, and benefits
