Responsibilities

• Process payroll for employees accurately and within scheduled deadlines.
• Compute salaries, overtime, holiday pay, night differential, commissions, incentives, and other compensation.
• Process statutory deductions, including taxes and government contributions.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.
• Review attendance, timesheets, leave records, and payroll adjustments.
• Coordinate with the HR department regarding employee movements such as new hires, resignations, promotions, and salary changes.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and accounting.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll concerns.
• Coordinate with banks and payroll service providers, if applicable.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
• Assist during payroll audits and government compliance reviews.
• With at least 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
