Job summary

Expereo International is seeking an organized HR Operations/Generalist to manage payroll, employee records, and lifecycle administration in the Philippines. The role requires hands-on payroll processing, contracts, COEs, and adherence to SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG and BIR rules.

The successful candidate will maintain HR data integrity, support onboarding/offboarding, and liaise with external payroll vendors while ensuring timely, compliant HR services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Approximately 3-5 years of hands-on HR Operations/HR Generalist experience, preferably within the Philippines.
• Experience in Philippines payroll processing.
• Good knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR requirements.
• Experience preparing employment contracts, COEs and other employee documentation.
• Good understanding of Philippine HR administration and basic employment compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling payroll and employee information.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: handle monthly/semi-monthly payroll, adjustments, deductions and employee changes.
• HR Documentation & Employee Records: prepare contracts, COEs and maintain records.
• Employee Lifecycle Administration: onboarding, offboarding, documentation collection, final pay.
• General HR Operations: support HR reporting, trackers, and liaise with external providers.
