Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a Partnership Manager to own and grow a portfolio of outsourcing advisors and broker relationships. You will recruit, onboard, and manage the referral lifecycle from intake to sale handoff, aligning with sales and marketing to accelerate opportunities.

Excellent communication and CRM skills are essential, as is the ability to work remotely with US business hours and travel up to 25% for industry events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in partnerships or channel sales.
• Familiar with outsourcing advisory networks or brokers.
• Proven track record building a referral pipeline that closed revenue.
• Strong written and verbal communication with external partners.
• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of outsourcing advisors and broker relationships.
• Identify, recruit, onboard new referral partners to build a pipeline.
• Manage the full referral lifecycle from intake to deal handoff.
• Coordinate with sales, solutions, and marketing for fast turnaround.
• Educate partners on services, tech stack, and differentiators.
• Develop partner engagement cadence and co-marketing touchpoints.
• Track partner performance and referral pipeline in the CRM.
