Job summary

Encore Technologies’ client is seeking a partnerships professional to own both outreach and operational execution, handling sales conversations with brands, SaaS tools, service providers, and event sponsors, and managing the full contract lifecycle.

You'll own partner onboarding, manage the affiliate program, and produce AI-generated community insight summaries while keeping CRM and records accurate, reporting KPIs daily, and operating with a self-directed, proactive style.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in partnerships, sales, business development, affiliate marketing, or coordination-heavy operations roles managing multiple workstreams independently.
• Proven ability to own both outreach and operational execution; not just a closer or administrator.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, ClickUp, Go High Level, or similar).
• Strong written communication skills for outreach, onboarding, and newsletters.
• Daily comfort using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for drafting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Pitch and run sales conversations with prospective partners (brands, SaaS tools, service providers, and event sponsors), managing the full contract lifecycle.
• Own partner onboarding end to end, from database and app setup to newsletter inclusion and member-facing offers.
• Manage the affiliate program, including tracking links, commission setup, and reporting.
• Send the weekly partner newsletter on schedule, every week.
• Produce AI-generated community insight summaries using tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
• Keep the CRM, contracts database, and partner records accurate and current as a daily habit, and track KPIs across the partnerships function.
