Job summary

Nordicrecruiters is seeking a Business Development Manager focused on Asia Markets to drive international growth and partnerships across target markets. You will identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners, affiliates, and business introducers to expand market presence and revenue.

You will represent the company at events, collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Operations, and provide leadership with market insights to shape expansion in a high-growth region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
• At least 5 years in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management.
• Experience with Asian markets or digital/tech sectors preferred.
• Fluent English; Thai or Korean language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage potential partners, affiliates, and introducers across Asia.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders for long-term collaboration.
• Represent Nordicrecruiters at industry events and meetings across the region.
• Monitor market trends and report insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding.
