Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a Sales Representative to handle calls and chats, identify customer needs, and assist in retention efforts. You will maintain up-to-date product knowledge and deliver excellent customer service to potential customers.

The role requires 1 year in sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience with CRM systems. This is a full-time on-site position with company-provided equipment and a schedule aligned to EST business hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in inbound or outbound sales, preferably in call center
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Experience supporting customers via phone, chat and email is preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals over phone, email or chat
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Assist with customer retention efforts
• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions in CRM system
