Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive inorganic growth by identifying, evaluating, and pursuing strategic transactions or partnerships that align with our long-term objectives. This role will lead cross-functional projects and coordinate stakeholders across finance, legal, and operations.

You will conduct due diligence, manage complex programs, and help structure deals while ensuring timely delivery and risk management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business development, corporate development, M&A, or strategic project management.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Growth Initiatives:
• Identify, assess, and evaluate potential acquisition or partnership targets that align with our company's strategic objectives and growth aspirations.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence for these opportunities, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
• Assist in the negotiation and structuring of strategic transactions.
• Future-Proofing Project Management:
• Lead and manage strategic projects aimed at enhancing our long-term competitiveness and resilience.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Oversee and review critical project documentation related to tax, legal, compliance, and business operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders for project success.

What You Need To Have

• Proven experience (4+ years) in business development, corporate development, M&A, or strategic project management, or banking preferably within the financial services or consumer finance industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
