Job summary

Timeless Medical Systems seeks a Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive GTM execution for new and existing products. You will engage clinical, IT, and administrative leaders at prospective sites, define POC success criteria, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure pilots meet evidence-based outcomes.

You will bridge internal departments with external customer teams, gather feedback, and deliver recommendations for full market rollout, while traveling up to 25% to pilot launches.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with clinical, IT, and administrative leaders to drive GTM initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and pilot programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer-facing liaison for GTM initiatives across clinical, technical/IT, and operational leadership.
• Identify and target optimal sites for strategic pilots and POC deployments.
• Collaborate to define POC structures, success criteria, and evidence-building frameworks.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables across internal teams and external customers.
• Collect and relay qualitative and quantitative pilot feedback to Product, Marketing, and R&D.
• Partner with BI and GTM analysts to measure pilot impact and inform market expansion.
• Support development of GTM strategy with pilot outcomes and customer case studies for leadership.
