Quilt Health is building a healthtech platform to expedite access to treatments for rare conditions. We seek a high-motor, detail-obsessed GTM & Business Operations Associate to support Commercial, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

You will oversee Commercial/Deal Operations, Marketing & Event Logistics, and executive office functions—launching your career in RevOps, Customer Success, or Startup Operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in management consulting, startup operations, sales operations, or high-level project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with external executives and internal leadership.
• Proficiency with modern startup tool stacks (Notion, HubSpot/CRM, Slack, Google Workspace, Asana/Jira).

Responsibilities

• Drive Pipeline Momentum: manage deal tracking, action items, and decision logs across health system partnerships.
• Project Manage Industry Presence: orchestrate conference schedules, booth operations, and cross-functional marketing workstreams.
• Leadership Enablement: manage complex executive scheduling, travel logistics, and team-building events.
