Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with customer reward and engagement objectives.
• Support the Department Head in negotiating partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefit and value creation.
• Oversee the execution, compliance, and performance of partnership agreements.
• Maintain strong working relationships with existing partners to ensure collaboration and sustained growth.
• Collaborate with internal business and product units to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate partnership effectiveness using data-driven insights.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
• Recommend enhancements to partnership programs to improve engagement and satisfaction.
• Document customer feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements.
