Job summary

Insight is seeking a Partner Management & Alliances Manager in Pasig, Philippines, to lead the Partner Management function and drive business growth. You will oversee a team of Team Leads and professionals, align partner engagement with corporate objectives, and steer governance and operational execution to deliver strong performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field
• 2-3 years' experience leading a team/people management
• Administrative skills with at least 2 years experience
• Sales and marketing awareness is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork
• Strong computer system knowledge with Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook
• Ability to thrive in changing environments and meet operational objectives
• Strong written and verbal English communications; ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
• Commitment to company values and operating principles

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Team Leads and Partner Management teammates to achieve objectives
• Oversee performance, productivity, and service delivery of Partner Management
• Develop and execute operations strategies, business plans and growth initiatives
• Drive accountability through performance management and coaching
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, sales teams and stakeholders
• Lead process improvement, automation, and transformation for efficiency and scalability
• Monitor KPIs and data-driven insights; address risks and opportunities
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with leadership on priorities, resource planning, and continuous improvement
