Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. in the Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga, seeks a Relationship Manager to handle 15–20 partner accounts. You will build strong client relationships, assess needs, and drive service delivery and improvements.

The role requires strong English communication, group presenting skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced BPO environment. On-site position with opportunities for growth and L&D support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Understand partners' needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions and services.
• Monitor and analyze partners' performance metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and proactively suggest improvements.
• Manage partner expectations and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Lead partner meetings and presentations, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive operational success.
• Manage 15 - 20 partner accounts simultaneously.
• Document and reengineer processes across various systems and platforms for efficiencies.
