Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga, is seeking an Integration Assistant to join our growing team.

This on-site role involves supporting vendor contract transitions, maintaining records, and collaborating with IT and operations to ensure smooth integration processes. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of administrative experience, advanced Excel skills, strong organizational and communication abilities, and a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in administrative or assistant role.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office 365 proficiency.
• Strong understanding of office management systems and procedures.
• Excellent time management and multitasking能力.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with agency sellers, sales and operations teams, and vendors to support vendor contract transitions.
• Ensure licenses for legacy systems and tools are properly reduced following integration.
• Assist with due diligence activities and documentation tasks.
• Work with IT to transfer phone, email, and network access.
• Maintain and update contact lists and administrative records.
• Prepare and assist with regularly scheduled reports and research requests.
• Manage electronic filing systems and provide admin support to Specialty Teams.
