Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga, is seeking an Associate Trainer to join our dynamic team. You will create training materials, facilitate classes, and guide trainees toward deployment on the production floor.

Required are proven teaching/training skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to communicate clearly in English. You will maintain records, work independently, and collaborate on improvements with the team.

Qualifications

• Proven teaching, training, or facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience using SharePoint or similar document management platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to engage diverse learners and tailor methods.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and learning resources
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
• Facilitate 7-day training classes and simulation-based sessions
• Provide guidance to trainees by answering questions and addressing concerns
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and code of conduct
• Evaluate trainee performance and readiness for deployment
• Maintain professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic
• Collaborate with team and assist with special projects
• Identify opportunities to improve training processes and engagement
