Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga, is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our growing team. You will develop and maintain strong partner relationships, understand their needs, and coordinate service delivery.

This role requires clear English communication, confident public speaking, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive partner satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze partners' performance metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and proactively suggest improvements.
• Manage partner expectations and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Lead partner meetings and presentations, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive operational success.
• Manage 15 - 20 partner accounts simultaneously.
• Document and reengineer processes across various systems and platforms for efficiencies.
