Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional specializing in cloud/IT. You will identify opportunities, build partner networks, and drive revenue by aligning partner strategies with our business goals.

Responsibilities include market research, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, and supporting partner branding and training initiatives. Onsite position based in BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales in cloud/IT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for sales/marketing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic cloud/IT knowledge required.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Ali and Tencent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and shape local ecosystem strategies, partner development and operations to strengthen relationships and revenue.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities with partnerships team.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive productivity and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services and support client needs.
• Provide support for partners’ training and branding activities.
• Independently develop and win back partners and build high-level partnerships.
• Leverage resources to lead partners to contribute pipelines and accelerate deals.
