Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an Account Manager to nurture partnerships with restaurant chains across local markets. You will engage restaurant managers, renegotiate terms, and advocate for online visibility enhancements.

You will design streamlined aftersales processes, monitor performance, and promote exclusive deals to grow orders while maintaining partner relationships and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years lead or account management experience in food/beverages.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the work relationship with partner restaurant chains through regular contact with the restaurant manager.
• Renegotiate contract conditions such as commission rate or minimum basket size with restaurant managers.
• Convince restaurant managers to implement backlinks or splash pages to drive orders.
• Design and improve the aftersales process by streamlining operations and the CRM system.
• Find and onboard top restaurants to join corporate menus and monitor order evolution and customer experience.
• Negotiate exclusive deals to increase orders while protecting partner relationships.
• Ensure partner restaurants maintain high customer experience and provide briefs on improvements.
