• Operational excellence: Oversee day-to-day operational efficiency, menu or inventory compliance and service availability for foodpanda's top chain accounts to ensure seamless partner and customer experiences.
• Problem solving and initiative: Ideate and execute targeted initiatives to overcome operational blockers, reduce cancellation rates and boost overall account performance.
• Data-driven support: Collaborate closely with Senior Key Account Managers to analyze vendor performance data, identifying trends, bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• Partner relationship management: Serve as a responsive point of contact for routine partner inquiries, resolving operational issues swiftly to build trust and maintain strong partner relationships.
