Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR.
• Experience in performance management, competency development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organizational development programs aligned with business objectives.
• Review and improve structures, workflows, and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Support organizational change management projects and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain competency frameworks, career paths, and development programs.
• Administer and monitor PMS where applicable.
