Organizational Development (OD) Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Organizational Development (OD) Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing organizational effectiveness through performance management, talent development, employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational change initiatives.
This role is ideal for HR professionals who are passionate about developing people, improving processes, and driving a high-performance culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement organizational development programs and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Review and improve organizational structures, workflows, and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Support organizational change management projects and transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain competency frameworks, career paths, and development programs.
Performance Management
- Administer and monitor the company's Performance Management System (PMS).
- Facilitate goal setting, KPI development, and performance appraisal processes.
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvement strategies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance evaluation and employee development.
Learning and Development
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify learning opportunities.
- Design, coordinate, and evaluate training and development programs.
- Measure training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
- Support leadership development and employee growth initiatives.
Talent Management and Succession Planning
- Identify high-potential employees and critical roles within the organization.
- Assist in developing succession plans and talent pipelines.
- Coordinate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and career development initiatives.
- Support employee retention and talent development programs.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and culture-building programs.
- Conduct employee satisfaction and engagement surveys.
- Analyze survey results and recommend action plans to improve employee experience.
- Support initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee well-being.
HR Projects and Policy Development
- Review and recommend updates to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Lead or participate in HR and cross-functional projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis related to OD initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Human Resources.
- Experience in performance management, competency development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
