Job summary

DITO Telecommunity Corporation seeks an Organizational Development (OD) Manager to drive enterprise-wide talent and organizational initiatives focused on talent strategy, succession planning, workforce capability, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

The role partners with business leaders and HR stakeholders to strengthen organizational capability, ensure leadership continuity, and support long-term workforce sustainability aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8–15 years in OD, talent strategy, or related HR functions.
• Experience in succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Exposure to employee engagement and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and strategic communication skills.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to workforce and talent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide talent strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with leaders in workforce planning, talent mapping, and capability assessment.
• Identify gaps, critical roles, and talent risks; propose sustainable solutions.
• Lead succession planning and talent reviews across the organization.
• Develop talent management frameworks and leadership pipelines.
• Strengthen internal mobility, retention, and talent sustainability.
• Support leadership development initiatives to strengthen managerial capability.
• Facilitate programs that improve team effectiveness and employee growth.
• Collaborate to identify capability-building priorities across teams.
• Promote alignment of talent practices with organizational goals.
• Provide strategic insights on talent, succession, and workforce capability.
• Lead workshops and calibration sessions as needed.
• Analyze engagement data and organizational insights to drive improvements.
• Prepare reports on succession planning and organizational capability.
