Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to drive initiatives that boost organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and sustainable growth in Manila. You will work with business leaders and HR to enhance structure, team performance, engagement, and change readiness using data-driven, people-focused strategies.

Responsibilities include assessing organizations, leading structure reviews, workforce planning, and governance of OD programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR, or organizational development.
3–5+ years in OD/Change Management.
Supervisory/managerial experience is required.

Responsibilities

Conduct organizational assessments and analyze workforce data to identify improvements.
Lead OD initiatives including structure reviews, role alignment, and operating model improvements.
Support change programs with stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
Design leadership development and culture-building programs.
Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to strengthen talent management.
Develop OD frameworks, processes, and governance.
Monitor program effectiveness with metrics and dashboards.
Provide organizational health insights and roadmaps.
