• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years in order management in manufacturing or engineering.
• ERP expertise (Oracle/SAP) and BOM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order management, including configuration changes and VIP/non-standard requests.
• Review critical customer data—POs, pricing, part numbers, quantities, descriptions for completeness and compliance.
• Monitor and process RMAs, after-invoice adjustments, and MCORs to prevent delays.
