Job summary

Elfonze Technologies is seeking an experienced Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle S&OP and Demand Management. The role focuses on business process ownership, requirements definition, and driving planning maturity across the organization.

The candidate will facilitate end-to-end S&OP processes, translate business needs into Oracle-enabled solutions, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain leadership to align forecasts with market signals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain planning with S&OP and Demand Management focus.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Experience facilitating governance, workshops, and executive reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end S&OP processes: demand review, supply review, executive meetings.
• Gather requirements and translate into Oracle Demand Management specifications.
• Drive consensus between forecasts, inputs, and market signals.
• Define forecasting hierarchies, calendars, KPIs, and exception workflows.
• Lead governance design workshops and coordinate with IT during delivery.
• Develop training materials and drive user adoption of processes/tools.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and planning KPIs to drive improvements.
