Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Senior Oracle Finance Specialist with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle ERP Financials. The role will be responsible for solution design, architecture, configuration, integrations, implementation, and ongoing support across core finance processes.

You will provide technical and functional guidance to development and support teams, oversee SIT/UAT, data migration and cutover activities, and provide training for planning and budgeting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials.
• At least 3 end-to-end Oracle ERP Financials implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule as needed.
• Oracle Cloud certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end solutions and architecture for Oracle ERP Financials.
• Support seamless data flows and integrations across Finance and other enterprise functions.
• Provide expertise across core Oracle Finance modules, including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Subledger Accounting, Tax.
• Establish design governance and ensure solutions align with audit requirements, financial regulations, and architecture standards.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to development and support teams.
• Oversee system configurations, changes, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, development, and cutover activities.
• Conduct user training and provide functional support for planning and budgeting activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to communicate and implement complex finance solutions.
