Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Demand Analyst to partner with product management, sales, and customers to create a consensus forecast. You will drive short-, mid-, and long-term demand plans, monitor forecast accuracy, and support S&OP with data-driven insights.

You will use SAP/IBP, Excel, and other tools to maintain data integrity, collaborate across regions, and influence inventory and production decisions in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in Demand Planning, Demand Analysis, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience supporting S&OP, Demand Review, and cross-functional planning processes.
• Strong understanding of Demand Planning, S&OP, MRP, and Supply Chain concepts.
• Experience developing/analysing demand forecasts, forecast accuracy metrics, bias, and variance.
• Hands-on experience with forecasting/planning systems (SAP IBP/ERP, JDA, Xelus) and advanced Excel; Python a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, product management, and customers to build consensus forecasts.
• Develop and refine short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts by analyzing patterns, seasonality, and market trends.
• Monitor forecast performance by region, customer, and product and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare materials for monthly Demand Review, MBR, and S&OP meetings.
• Ensure tool and data integrity across IBP, SAP, and other systems.
• Support inventory strategy and safety stock decisions based on demand variability.
