Job summary

Argano is seeking a Lead Data Integration Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will design, develop, and implement data integration solutions for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, FCC, and Reconciliation.

You will collaborate with clients to understand objectives, configure DE/DM/OIC, and lead ETL processes end-to-end. The role requires extensive experience leading Oracle Data Integration implementations, strong scripting skills (SQL, PL/SQL, Python), and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of consulting experience or in a related field.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Experience Leading 8–10 different, full-lifecycle Oracle Data Integration implementations.
• Experience leading functional and technical design sessions, with hands‑on experience implementing Oracle Data Exchange (DE), Oracle Data Management (DM), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience leading a team of consultants and properly managing deliverables.
• Strong experience in scripting languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, and Python.
• Experience with Data Exchange loading data and metadata, required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data integration solutions for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, FCC and Reconciliation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and technology requirements.
• Implement and configure data integration processes using DE, DM, and OIC.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to load data into Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data integration issues.
• Provide expert advice on technology solutions and tools to enhance operations.
• Perform data mapping, validation, and unit testing for data accuracy.
• Conduct training sessions and provide documentation for successful adoption.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data integration and Oracle EPM Cloud technologies.
• Continuously monitor performance and provide optimization recommendations.
