Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Customer Planning & Demand Analyst to own demand planning, customer collaboration, and inventory performance across NZ. This role links Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customers to drive forecast accuracy and improved service levels.

You will embed S&OP and CPFR practices, lead monthly reviews, and translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

3–5+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, CPFR, Inventory Planning, or Analytics.
Experience working cross-functionally with Commercial and Supply Chain teams.
Experience contributing to or supporting forecasting and S&OP processes.

Responsibilities

Own the development and maintenance of the NZ demand forecast across historical data and insights.
Lead the monthly demand review and consensus forecasting process.
Analyse forecast performance and drive improvements in accuracy and bias.
Coordinate inputs into the S&OP process with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
Partner with customers and commercial teams to align forecasts and improve demand visibility.
Lead CPFR initiatives to enhance collaboration, replenishment, and inventory outcomes.
Monitor inventory health, including safety stock, MIN/MAX, and replenishment strategies.
Develop reporting, dashboards, and planning tools to support decision-making.
