Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group in the Philippines seeks a Demand Planning Manager to lead demand planning and S&OP processes across Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

You will oversee demand forecasting, production planning, inventory optimization and fulfillment prioritization across manufacturing facilities and distribution points, while driving cross-functional planning and managing supply constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience in food manufacturing/FMCG is required.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory planning, and S&OP processes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/planning systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability and willingness to build a function and team from the ground up.

• The Demand Planning Manager will lead the company's demand planning and S&OP processes, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance. The role will oversee demand forecasting, production planning, inventory optimization, and fulfillment prioritization across manufacturing facilities and distribution points. This position will also drive cross-functional planning, manage supply constraints and disruptions, and ensure production and inventory plans effectively support commercial demand. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in demand forecasting, S&OP, and end-to-end supply planning within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:
