Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Customer Planning & Demand Analyst to own demand planning, collaboration with Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance, and to improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance. The role integrates S&OP and CPFR practices to enable aligned decision-making and optimized planning across the NZ business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, commerce, finance, economics, or related discipline
• Understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP principles
• Familiarity with CPFR and structured planning processes
• Understanding of how demand, supply, and commercial decisions interconnect and impact service, inventory, and business performance

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and forecast accuracy across the business
• Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance to improve service and inventory outcomes
• Embed S&OP and CPFR practices into end-to-end planning processes
• Drive cross-functional alignment and informed decision-making across NZ business
