Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a Techno-Functional Analyst within the Lead-to-Cash program to design and implement Oracle Fusion SCP solutions. The role requires strong SQL/PL-SQL and Python skills, with hands-on experience in data pipelines, ETL, and API integrations.

You will collaborate with IT, suppliers, and business partners to unify quoting, ordering, and fulfillment on a single platform, while enabling advanced analytics and forecasting for optimized planning across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, SCM, Engineering, CS, or related field.
4–5 years in supply chain planning or operations with progressive technical involvement.
4–5 years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCP Cloud applications.
3–4 years designing and developing technical solutions using Oracle Cloud infrastructure, databases, and integration technologies.
2–3 years experience with REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven integration patterns.
Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher for reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

Conduct discovery sessions and develop functional specifications for supply chain planning processes.
Design and deliver end-to-end supply chain planning solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion SCP capabilities.
Develop data pipelines, ETL processes, and master data elements to support planning performance.
Develop SQL/PL-SQL procedures, database views, and Python analytics for planning optimization.
Implement REST/SOAP API integrations and event-driven integration patterns between Oracle Fusion SCP and execution systems.
Create OTBI and BI Publisher reports for planning analytics and KPIs.
Lead SIT/UAT and troubleshoot complex configurations and integrations.
