Job summary

Maersk in Pasig City seeks a detail-oriented Tender Specialist to review RFQs, translate requirements into Maersk-aligned bid formats, and coordinate with Pricing, Product and Sales to validate feasibility and rate accuracy.

You will ensure accurate pricing logic, data quality, and timely submissions, support smooth handover to Contract Management, and monitor KPIs while proposing system improvements for AFLS, NP, SFDC and Athena.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
1 year+ tender-related experience or contract management.
Tender process knowledge or similar work experience required.
Strong communication with Sales Team and Customer Success Partners.
Shipping/logistics/supply chain operations knowledge advantageous.
Good English communication skills.
MS Office proficiency including Excel.
Familiarity with AFLS, Maersk Online Systems and Athena preferred.

Responsibilities

Tender Handling: Review RFQs, identify scope and missing info, translate into Maersk-aligned bid formats.
Pricing & Data Quality: Apply correct product logic and ensure data accuracy before submission.
Submission & Handover: Deliver complete, error-free tender outputs within agreed TAT; support handover to Contract Management.
Reporting & Improvement: Track tender performance and share system improvement insights for AFLS/NP/SFDC and Athena.
