Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in performance and change management with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong negotiation skills, especially with Sales Teams.
• Excellent English communications; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, automation, Gemini and AI.
• Strong stakeholder management; sales background advantageous.
• Willingness for night shift; full site-based work arrangement in Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Lead ocean contract management and tender processes within assigned scope.
• Coordinate Sales Support activities to enable frontline sales efficiency.
• Drive customer growth and ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Improve processes through performance management, CI, and automation.
• Maintain data integrity for sales performance and dispute resolution.
• Engage with regional and global teams for standardization and rollout.
• Develop team members and manage talent across the area.
