Job summary

Maersk in Pasig City, Philippines seeks a Tender Specialist to manage RFQ interpretation and bid formatting. You will translate RFQs into Maersk-aligned formats using AFLS, SFDC, and Athena, coordinating with Pricing, Product, and Sales to validate feasibility and rates.

You will ensure data quality, deliver complete tender outputs within targets, and assist the transition to Contract Management after award. Morning shift availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 1 year+ tender/contract management experience.
• Strong communicator with Sales Team and Customer Success Partners.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Proficient in MS Office; good English communication.
• Familiar with AFLS, Maersk Online Systems and Athena is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Tender handling: review RFQs, scope, complexity, and missing information.
• Translate RFQs into Maersk-aligned bid formats using AFLS, CoPo/Athena, SFDC, etc.
• Coordinate with Pricing, Product, and Sales for feasibility and rate accuracy.
• Pricing & Data Quality: ensure correct application of product logic and data accuracy.
• Submission & Handover: deliver complete tender outputs within agreed TAT; support handover to Contract Management.
• Reporting & Improvement: track tender performance and share insights on system gaps.
