Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking an Emerging Middle Market Relationship Manager to develop profitable client relationships with companies earning at least $10 million in annual sales. You will lead a strategic relationship plan, work with internal partners, and expand the bank’s footprint through targeted prospecting and industry engagement.

You will analyze financial statements, structure credit options, and manage credit risk while delivering superior client service and cross-selling treasury,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years Commercial Banking experience, preferably in sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for clients independently by utilizing referral sources, existing clients and centers of influence.
• Develop and implement business plan to achieve financial goals and qualitative measurements.
• Work with internal partners to deepen relationships and acquire new prospects.
• Attend community and industry forums to broaden networks and knowledge of trends.
