Job summary

Becton Dickinson Philippines, Inc. (BD Philippines) is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive strategic account plans, build relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and hospital admins, and grow revenue across assigned territories.

You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead tender preparation while ensuring compliance with BD policies. Travel is required to cover the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, or Business is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or hospital sales.
• Proven track record in key account or territory management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, procurement teams, and hospital admins.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within accounts.
• Drive product adoption, market penetration, and revenue growth across territories.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and implementation.
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialists, Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales Leadership.
• Lead tender preparation, contract negotiations, and account retention initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to support business planning.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with BD policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
