The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, creating local accounts programs, organizing trainings and demonstrations, and analyzing sales metrics to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, biology, chemistry, nursing or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in healthcare as a med tech.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in life sciences or medical devices preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of life science products and clinical applications.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell life science products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Provide clinical applications training and support to customers to drive product proficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders and partners.
• Organize trainings, product demonstrations and presentations for customers and distributor sales teams.
• Track and analyze sales metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback to marketing on activities and impact.
• Stay updated on product and clinical updates with local leads.
• Attend exhibitions and conduct seminars to offer clinical support as needed.
