Job summary

BD Philippines is seeking a field-based sales professional to promote and sell life science products to healthcare professionals and institutions in Manila. You will provide clinical applications training, drive product adoption, and build strong relationships with key customers and distributors.

The role requires experience in healthcare settings as a med tech, plus sales exposure in life sciences or medical devices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, or a related field.
Minimum two to three years of experience in a healthcare setting as a med tech.
Preferable 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in life sciences or medical devices.
Strong technical knowledge of life science products and clinical applications.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell life science products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
Provide clinical applications training and support to customers to drive product preference.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
Create local key accounts clinical applications program and funnel of opportunities.
Organize and conduct trainings, product demonstrations and presentations to customers and distributors' sales forces.
Track and analyze sales performance and practice improvement metrics to meet goals.
Provide feedback to the country marketing team and validate marketing activities.
Stay updated on product and practice updates by liaising with local clinical and marketing leads.
Attend exhibitions, organize user groups, and conduct seminars to provide clinical applications support.
