Job summary

BD Philippines seeks a Clinical Applications and Life Sciences Sales Specialist to promote BD life science products to healthcare professionals and institutions in Metro Manila.

You will deliver clinical applications training, build lasting customer relationships, organize trainings and product demonstrations, and track sales performance to ensure goals are met. The role requires strong product knowledge and field-facing collaboration with distributors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, biology, chemistry, nursing or related field.
• 2–3 years of healthcare/med tech experience.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in life sciences or medical devices preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of life science products and clinical applications.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell life science products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Provide clinical applications training and support to customers, ensuring proficiency and product preference.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Create local key accounts clinical applications program and funnel of opportunities.
• Organize and conduct trainings, product demonstrations and presentations to customers and distributors’ sales forces.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback to the country marketing team and validate marketing activities.
• Stay informed on product updates by liaising with clinical and marketing leads.
• Attend exhibitions, organize user groups, and conduct seminars as needed.
