Job summary

LogiCore Express, based in the Philippines, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the logistics and freight sector. You will identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and hit sales targets while collaborating with operations.

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 3–5 years in BD, sales, or account management, with strong communication and negotiation skills and a proactive, leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, freight, or transportation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Find and acquire new clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.

• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Monitor market and competitor activities.
