Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Commercial Operations.
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or transportation services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop business opportunities, prepare proposals, and manage client relationships.
• Analytical mindset with experience in pricing, costing, forecasting, or business performance review.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain industry.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, cold calling, and client visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure long-term business growth.
• Prepare competitive quotations, pricing proposals, and business presentations aligned with customer requirements and company objectives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to develop customized logistics solutions for clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates, forecasts, and progress reports to management.
• Negotiate commercial terms and prepare service agreements in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.
• Drive customer retention initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand services and increase business value.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry opportunities to support strategic business planning.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to strengthen market presence and generate new business leads.
• Support revenue growth targets while ensuring profitability and sustainable business development performance.
• Recommend process improvements and customer-centric initiatives to enhance service quality and strengthen client loyalty.
