Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related business course.
• With at least two (2) to three (3) years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in the Logistics and Freight Forwarding industry is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in market research, sales strategies, and negotiation within the Supply Chain and Logistics industry.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to present the company's logistics and freight forwarding services.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while contributing to the company's revenue growth.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Provide responsive support to customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to identify business opportunities and improve service offerings.
• Coordinate with Operations and other support teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Endorse customer requirements, sales leads, and client feedback to the appropriate departments and ensure prompt follow-through.
• Support the successful implementation and transition of new customer accounts.
• Perform other sales and business development functions as assigned by Management.
