Job summary

Interfreight Group in the Philippines is seeking a experienced business development professional to drive growth and revenue in the freight forwarding sector. You will identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and lead negotiations to secure corporate clients.

The role requires a proven track record in BD or sales management in logistics, strong networking and leadership skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations to deliver exceptional service and lasting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing Logistics or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of Business development or sales management experience preferably in freight forwarding logistics
Proven track record in acquiring new corporate clients and achieving revenue targets
Strong negotiation, presentation, networking and leadership skills
Existing network within the logistics, manufacturing, trading or import, export industries

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision makers
Prepare sales proposals presentations and business plan
Collaborate with Operations to ensure excellent customer service and long-term client relationships
