Job summary

YCH Logistics Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to identify new opportunities in logistics services, develop tailored proposals, and grow the client base in Metro Manila.

You will generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, conduct market research, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with operations to ensure feasible, end-to-end solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Experience: 3–5 years in business development or sales within logistics/warehousing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for logistics services
• Generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term clients
• Develop customized logistics solutions based on client requirements
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and participate in contract negotiations
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure service feasibility and execution
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
