Job summary

LogiCore Express is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the logistics and freight sector. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals while coordinating with Operations to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires 3–5 years of BD/Sales experience and a solid track record in logistics or transport. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, with a proactive, results-driven mindset and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management.
• Experience in logistics, freight, or transportation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Find and acquire new clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Negotiate with clients and close business deals.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Monitor market and competitor activities.
• Work closely with Operations and other teams to ensure excellent customer service.
