Job summary

FM Global Logistics (Phil.), Inc. is seeking a proactive Business Development professional in Metro Manila to drive new client acquisition and expand our logistics services portfolio.

You will manage existing accounts, perform telemarketing and outdoor sales, prepare quotations and RFIs, coordinate with operations, and deliver weekly sales reports to track performance. This role operates in a fast-paced logistics environment with cross-functional collaboration and client-facing duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics sales preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and secure new clients for comprehensive logistics services.
• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing accounts to ensure continued partnership.
• Perform telemarketing and outdoor sales activities to identify and convert business opportunities.
• Prepare detailed service quotations, tenders, and RFQ/RFI responses as requested by clients.
• Coordinate directly with operations teams for booking processing and to ensure all client service requirements are met promptly.
• Submit accurate and timely sales reports, including weekly movement data to capture sales performance.
