Job summary

Euroasia Executive Search Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales Executive in Metro Manila to drive new business growth in freight forwarding, logistics, cargo handling, and shipping services. You will identify opportunities, visit clients, and present competitive solutions.

You will build client relationships, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate with operations to ensure timely shipments. A degree in business/logistics and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, cargo, shipping, or transportation services.
• Knowledge of freight rates, cargo handling, shipping procedures, and logistics solutions is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and maintain customer relationships.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of meeting sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to conduct client visits and fieldwork as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding, logistics, cargo, and shipping services.
• Generate sales leads through cold calling, client visits, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Present and promote the company's freight, cargo, shipping, and logistics solutions to potential customers.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and service agreements based on client requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, freight rates, and service terms while ensuring profitability.
• Coordinate with operations, customer service, and documentation teams to ensure efficient shipment handling and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, quotations, and sales pipelines.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and submit regular sales performance reports.
